GDPR Rights
Right of access (Art. 15)
You can request a full export of all personal data Mirvo holds about you, including account details, workspace content, and usage logs.
Right to rectification (Art. 16)
You can correct inaccurate personal data directly from your account settings, or contact us for corrections that require manual intervention.
Right to erasure (Art. 17)
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. We apply a 30-day soft-delete grace period before permanent deletion, during which you can restore your account.
Right to data portability (Art. 20)
You can export your campaigns, prospects, and email history in machine-readable format (CSV or JSON) at any time from within the app.
Right to object (Art. 21)
You can object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing or profiling at any time. Contact us to exercise this right.
